We’re back and we missed you!
We are over the moon to be reopening our Auckland stores tomorrow on Wednesday 10th November following the government's latest announcement.
Rest assured, we have all of our strict safety measures in place to keep you as safe as possible.
The countdown to Christmas is on!
We have so many exciting things in-store to make this holiday season the best one yet. We can’t wait to welcome you in and show you all of the newness that has arrived throughout this extended lockdown.
Our stores will be back to normal trading hours with the exception of Commercial Bay (which will be trading from 10.00am-5.30pm daily)
A gentle reminder that we will require you to do the following before entering our stores:
- Scan in to the New Zealand Covid Tracer App on arrival
- Wear a face covering
- Ensure you maintain a safe 2 metre distance from other team members and customers in store
Lastly, we wanted to say a huge thank you to every one of you in our Super community.
It means the world to us, and we couldn’t do any of this without you.

Online Ordering
We are able to ship all items in compliance with Government Level 2 and 3 restrictions. The Superette Team will work as quickly as possible to dispatch your order as soon as possible, however during these raised alert levels please allow some extra time for processing while our team adheres to social distancing requirements. Our biggest priority is doing our bit to keep our staff and community safe and working through this together.
We'll keep you in the loop with expected delivery times, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is out the door and on its way to you. We understand there may be delays in the NZ Post network with the added volume at this time.
